SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

 

At 64K Cellssensé, we provide expedited shipping across the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for all orders. Our shipping options and rates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days for orders placed before 2 PM EST. Fee: $35

  • Complimentary Shipping: For orders over $200.

 

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please note, all orders are subject to bank authorization. Only orders that are authorized and approved will be processed and shipped. Standard ground delivery within 5-7 business days with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses, depending on the destination.

 

Please be aware: Express delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be guaranteed. For your security, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. 64K Cellssensé is not responsible for theft or loss once an order is successfully delivered. At present, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

RETURNS

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Only unopened products purchased directly from the 64K Cellssensé website (USA) with valid order information are eligible for return.

Please note that if a gift was redeemed with your purchase, it must be returned along with the purchased items for your return to be accepted.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to receive a return shipping label via email.

  2. Complete the return form and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package. Ensure all promotional items and samples are included.

  3. Your return package can be dropped off at your local Post Office, UPS Drop Box, or handed to a UPS driver.

For an alternative return method: Simply complete the return form included in your shipment. Repack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the completed form, and ship it using the label provided by Customer Service. Please ensure you use an insured shipping method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to reach our warehouse, undergo processing, and for the refund to be issued.
