64K Cellssensé accepts payments using credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay or Klarna. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and China Union Pay. 64K Cellssensé does not, at present, accept the following methods of payment: CODs, personal checks, money orders, gift cards, or gift certificates. Please note that for client security, billing names and addresses must match that of the credit card used for payment. 64K Cellssensé reserves the right to cancel any order that does not match these safety criteria.
There are several reasons why your credit card payment may have been declined. However, these are the most common:
You are trying to ship to an address outside of United States. 64K Cellssensé unfortunately does not ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
You have entered an incorrect address, incorrect postcode, or an address that is not directly associated with the credit card you are trying to use. You may have misspelled your address, or put your address information on the incorrect line. Please ensure you have checked your billing information in full to check it is 100% accurate.
You have entered your credit card information incorrectly. Please be sure to double check the information and ensure it has been entered accurately.
The limit on your card has been exceeded due to other purchases previously completed. Please contact your credit card provider or bank to extend the limit should this be the case.

If you are not completely satisfied with your 64k cellssensé.com purchase, you may return within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased on the 64K Cellssensé website (USA) with valid accompanying order information may be accepted for return.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
1. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.
2. Your return package can be given to your Post Office, a UPS Drop Box or UPS driver.
USE ANOTHER SHIPPING METHOD: Simply complete the return form included with your shipment. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided by customer service. Packages must be returned using an insured method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return order to arrive at our warehouse, undergo processing and a refund to be issued.
